Our standard production time for a custom order is
5 to 7 working days from art approval. Need your ponchos faster? We
love a challenge. Please inquire to confirm in-hands date and note
on your purchase order that you would like to have your ponchos at a
certain place at a certain time, and we’ll do the rest.

Origin/Shipping:
Our products are manufactured in and shipped from
our Indiana facility. All
orders are subject to a 5% under-run unless noted on your purchase order. Orders
will be invoiced per pieces shipped. Split shipping is available
per box.
Packaging:
Each poncho is individually packaged in our customizable
fold-over pouch for convenience and portability. Ponchos are boxed in quantities
of 100 for The Original Lightweight and 50 for The Middleweight, and
the respective boxes each weigh approximately 18 pounds with the dimensions
of 14” x 11” x 10”. Please inquire for The Heavyweight
and child poncho details.
Materials and Construction:
Each poncho is made with our Dura-Tuff™ polyethylene blend that
produces an economical, yet durable product with superior dryness and
comfort. All ponchos include an oversized hood featuring an adjustable
drawstring. The Original Lightweight and The Middleweight are available
in 5 standard colors: clear, white, yellow, blue, and orange. Other colors may
be available, please inquire.
Imprinting and Personalization:
Our ponchos are printed
using the flexographic printing process. Our
standard imprinting options are random imprints on the front and back or
single location imprint on the front and/or back. Random plates are approximately
8” x 8” and have a one-time charge of $118.00 (z) per color. Single
location plates are approximately 10” x 10” and have a one-time
charge of $88.00 (z) per color. Please inquire for other location and
plate sizing information. We prefer electronic artwork to be vector-based
spot color and imprint colors to be defined using the Pantone Matching
System.
